Exchanges Only
At Her Haute Closet, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. When returning an item for exchange, please ensure that it includes all original tags and packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at shop@herhautecloset.com. Upon acceptance of your exchange request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent back without prior exchange authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at shop@herhautecloset.com so that we can address the issue promptly.
